Compared with wood, it has more than five times longer inservice life and the cost is 1/2-1/3 of it, which has a great advantage in price performance. Product Production Process:

1. Place the wood power and other raw material into the blender and mixe them evenly. Pellets are then extruded out at a standard temperature.

2. According to the formulas, place different pellets into blender and mix evenly.

3. Profile will be extruded out through a mold. After cooling down,profiles are solidified and forming the shape as the mold.

4. Cutting the standard size or according to the customer requirement.

5. Process the profile with surface treatent---grain surface,brushed surface,embossed surface,anti-UV surface.

6.Glue the film into the surface to protect it.

7. Package&deliver.
