Product Production Process:
1. Raw material inspection, dry and stock the qualified materials.
2. Weighting and formulation the raw materials, balanced formula is the key to keep the stable quality.
3. Mix the Wood power and raw material evenly into the blender. Pellets are then extruded out at a standard temperature.
4. Pellets be placed into blender and mixed evenly.
5. Profile will be then extruded out through a mold. After cooling down, profiles are solidified,forming the shape as the mold.
6. Cutting the standard size or according to the customer requirement.
7. Profile processing---grain surface,brushed surface,embossed surface,anti-UV surface.
8. Package&deliver.
